4.2 Deposit Limits

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
dv77 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are governed by the following general terms and conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which will be clearly stated at the time of accepting the offer.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
- A maximum bet limit may apply when using bonus funds.
- dv77 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time without reason.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time while one bonus is active, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
5.3 VIP Program
dv77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each tier. Detailed terms of the VIP program are published separately.
Gaming Rules
All gaming activities on dv77 are conducted in accordance with the following rules.
6.1 Sports Betting
- All bets will be settled based on the final score or result.
- If an event is cancelled or unresolved, the bet will be voided and the original amount will be refunded.
- Bets cannot be changed after they are accepted, though a cash-out option may be available in some cases.
- If a participant in a bet has access to insider information, that bet will be considered void.
6.2 Casino Games
- The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
- If a technical error occurs during a live casino game, all bets completed before the error occurred will remain valid.

- Playing the same game in multiple tabs at the same time is prohibited.
6.3 Technical Errors
If any game or bet remains unresolved due to a lost internet connection or technical issue, dv77 reserves the right to review the status of that round at a later time. The platform reserves the right to void all bets in the event of an abnormal technical issue.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dv77. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- False Identity: Creating an account using someone else's identity or by providing false information.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
- Bonus Abuse: Strategically placing bets with the intent to earn bonuses, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Software Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, algorithms or RNG system.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or carrying out cyber attacks.
- Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Illegal Transfers: Transferring or selling account funds to a third party.
- Betting on Behalf of Minors: Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to influence the outcome.
Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 dv77's Authority
dv77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
- If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
- Failure to pass age verification or refusal to provide required documents.
- If participation in prohibited activities is proven.
- On the basis of legal or regulatory requirements.
8.2 Voluntary Closure

8.3 Funds Upon Account Termination
